This comic is based on the second dream sequence / vision (or should I say nightmare) that Sasuke experiences in my Naruto Humor Fanfic "The Mating Frenzy" [link] due to his overactive imagination. This particular vision came about (in ch. 16) due to asking advice for how to get Sakura and Ino to leave him alone for a little while, and the response was: “You could…you know…pretend you like boys?”
