Oh, Tobi...you could have phrased that a liiiiittle bit better.

Based on request by ~mysterynight100 posted on my 24 hour request journal: [link] which stated:
"a picture or a comic ofDeidara torturing Tobi with bombs???"

I added a bit of a twist at the end. I hope you like it, ~mysterynight100

I know I had said that I wouldn't start working on requests until I had finished a few other things, but those are taking a while, but I haven't forgot.
